What if I have specific details about some of the items in my pickup?

We love details about any and all your items since they help us better assess the items. If you have details about any of the items such as historical information/documents, when/how it was purchased, purchase price, missing pieces, if an item does not work, etc, please tell the consultant during their visit. If you remember details after we’ve completed the pickup you can submit that information for that item via your Dashboard.
