Congratulations! You’ve just completed your Remoov pickup – the easiest way to reclaim your space and obtain value for your items. Now you can sit back and let us handle all the work.
After your pickup was completed you should have received an email from Remoov Support with the title “Thank you for using Remoov!” that included a link to access your Dashboard. Through this Dashboard you can track all your items and cash out when your items sell.
Click on the “Customer Dashboard” link on the email you received or go to http://www.remoovit.com/sign_in.
Click on the “Register” link
Enter your email and click “Register”
You will then receive an email with the subject “Remoov – verify your email”. Please click on the “Click to verify” link on this email.

As your items get processed you will see them getting updated in your Dashboard, including the description and the expected resale price set by our appraisers. Items are sold via our network of resellers (including consignment stores, auction houses, etc) as well as online marketplaces. We start selling the items at the higher end of the resale price range and reduce the price during the consignment period.
As your items get sold and donated you will see their status updated on your Dashboard. Here is a brief description of what the different statuses mean:
If an item doesn’t have a status that means that a reseller has not claimed the item. But do not worry, that means that we are selling the item directly via our online marketplaces as well as third party marketplaces.
