If you are unable to log in to your Dashboard it is likely one of two reasons:
- You are using an incorrect password
- You are using the incorrect email
To test whether the problem is the password, go to www.remoovit.com/signin and click “Forgot Password”, enter your email and click “Reset Password”. If your email is correct you will receive a message that password reset instructions have been sent to the email. If you get a message that the email is “not found” then you are trying to log in with an incorrect email address. Your email should be the one you used when booking your pickup.
