You can only request items that we still have for return. That means that items that have been sold, donated, and discarded can no longer be returned.
If you want an item returned you need to log in to your Dashboard, locate the item and click on the down-arrow on the right side of the item and select “Request Return”.
After our staff receives your request we will remove the item from resale. Items that you want returned must be picked up from our location at 160 Sylvester Rd, South San Francisco within 7-days of the return request. We do offer return delivery for a fee. You will receive an email from us after your request so that you can let us know when you will be picking up the item.
