After we complete your pickup you need to complete the payment of your pickup fee before you can see the status of your items.  If when you log on you see a notification telling you that there is a pending balance on your account that means that we have not received your payment.  After your pickup you should have received an email from PayPal with instructions on how to pay the pickup fee.  If need this email resent please email us at support@remoovit.com and a member of our team will send one to you.
